Russia dominated the 2019 edition of the European Under-21 Taekwondo Championships, which was held in the Swedish city of Helsinborg this week, after collecting a total of 6 gold medals, 6 silvers and 9 bronzes, clearly standing out from the rest of nations involved in the event.
Turkey ended up being the 2nd most successful country in the competition after grabbing 3 titles, 4 silvers and 5 bronzes, with the podium being completed with Ukraine, who reached the third place in the medal count after bagging 2 golds and 3 bronzes.
